Shipping policy

All fulfillment and shipping is handled by either Printiful or Gooten (depending on products ordered). Fascinated By Fungi reviews every single order. Note: COVID prevention policies are in place for both Printiful and Gooten.

Production usually takes 3-10 business days (sorry it's been variable during COVID) depending on the item (shirts are quick, calendars take longer).

Speed of shipping depends on the option you choose. There is a flat rate for shipping all items in North America (3.99). It costs slightly more to ship items to Europe and the price of shipping reflects this.

I usually just use the cheapest option as even the rush delivery can take longer than advertised. I will personally help you resolve any issues with shipping and make sure you get the items you ordered. Feel free to email FascinatedByFungi@gmail.com with questions.

If you are unsatisfied with your item, please check out return policy. We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase as long as the item is still in the original packaging.
